Our platform helps stylists generate and post creative content to social media. You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the media and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for caption generation, video creation, and TikTok publishing under your direction.

3. TikTok Integration

Our app uses the TikTok Content Posting API to upload videos you authorize. We do not store your TikTok login credentials. TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply when you connect your account or interact with TikTok features.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data.
• Do not misuse TikTok APIs or automation tools.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access to our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our tools “as is” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
